Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení systému hodnocení zaměstnanců u vybraného podniku na základě analýzy současné situace a dotazníkového šetření s cílem navrhnout změny ve stávajícím systému hodnocení zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
Attached bachelor´s thesis was selected for a possible implementation of an improved existing employee evaluation system.The study is based on the current situation analysis and an employee questionnaire.
