Strategic Analysis of the Enterprise
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá otázkami, jak zlepšit fungování konkrétního podniku – rodinného vinařství a pomoci tak jeho rozvoji. Provedená strategická analýza vyvozuje doporučení, které by měly vést k odstranění identifikovaných problémů a naplnění cílů podniku.
Abstract:
This paper intends to improve how a selected enterprise – in this case a family vineyard works. The goal is to help its development and growth using specific tools of strategic analysis and with these pinpoint problems the enterprise is encountering and fulfill the desired goals of the venture.
