Diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem restorativní justice se zaměřením na trestní právo v České republice. The diploma thesis deals with a concept restorative justice with an accent to criminal Law in Czech Republic. In the beginning it defines theoretical basis of restorative justice with inclusion of fundamental principles of this field.
