Abstract:

Před patnácti lety nevěděli o vzájemné existenci. Ze všech koutů republiky, od Karviné po Milevsko, se postupně ocitli v jedné vesnici u Sázavy jako přivandrovalci, jak se česky říká „náplavy“, a spolu s dalšími příchozími téměř zdvojnásobili počet místních obyvatel. Toto místo, mající více rekreačních chat než domů starousedlíků, se jmenuje Čtyřkoly. Tak jiní a přitom podobní… Všichni mají svou práci, většinou v Praze, dům se zahradou, prolézačkami pro děti a grilem, většinou i bazénem. Děti chodí spolu do škol v širokém okolí a všem dospělým v okolí od malička tykají – jsou pro ně strejdové a tety, které potkávají častěji než své strýce a tety skutečné. Značnou část volného času tráví rodiny spolu – na kolech, lyžích, při běhání i výletech po okolí, nemluvě o návštěvách, oslavách i společných dovolených. „Náplavy od Sázavy“ představují sociální sondu do soukromí typických zástupců střední třídy. Přes zdánlivou podobnost životních stylů portrétovaných rodin nelze nevidět jedinečnou individualitu aktérů, kterou prozrazují nejen vlastní volbou oblečení a rekvizit, odrážející jejich zájmy a záliby, ale také pojetím domu a zahrady nebo vztahem k domácím mazlíčkům.

Abstract:

Fifteen years ago they did not know of each other's existence. From all corners of the country, from Karviná to Milevsko, they gradually found themselves in one village near Sázava river as immigrants, as the Czechs would call "Floods", and together with other newcomers they almost doubled the number of local inhabitants. This place, which has more holiday cottages than houses of the natives, is called Čtyřkoly. So different and yet similar... They all have their jobs, mostly in Prague, a house with a garden, climbing frames for the kids and a barbecue, usually also a pool. The children go to schools together in the wider area and they have been on first-name terms with all the adults in the neighborhood since they were little - they call them uncles and aunts and meet them more often than their real uncles and aunts. Families spend a large part of their free time together - on bikes, skis, jogging and hiking around the area, not to mention mutual visits, celebrations and joint holidays. "Sázava Floods" is a social probe into the private lives of typical middle-class people. Despite the apparent similarity of the lifestyles of the portrayed families, it is impossible not to see the unique individuality of the actors, which is revealed not only by their own choice of clothing and props, reflecting their interests and hobbies, but also by the conception of their home and garden or their relationship to the pets.
