Predložená bakalárska práca sa zaoberá osobitosťami a významom trestnoprávnej ochrany hospodárskej súťaže. Je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na historické otázky, teda prezentuje genézu trestnoprávnej úpravy hospodárskej súťaže na našom území.
