Abstract:
V mé diplomové práci se zabývám srovnáním výhodnosti pořízení osobního automobilu formou leasingu a úvěru. Cílem práce je porovnání metod financování podnikatelského záměru, a to úvěru a leasingu. V první části práce se věnuji teorii leasingu a úvěru, charakterizuji jejich výhody a nevýhody. Druhá část práce je pak praktickou komparací obou metod. Abstract:
My thesis compares cost advantage of car purchase in the form of a hired-purchase and a loan. The goal of the thesis is to find out which of these financing methods is more advantageous. The first part of the thesis deals with the theory of hired purchase and loan and identifies their advantages and disadvantages.
