Vznik a zánik obce

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vzniku a zániku obce. Zabývá se veřejnou správou, jejím popisem a členěním, ale také právní úpravou a členěním obcí. V práci jsou shrnuty současné způsoby vzniku a zániku obce, podle platné právní úpravy, a také důvody zániku obcí v minulosti. V závěru práce je popsán vývoj obcí v hraničním pásmu na Domažlicku.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the establishment and termination of a municipality. It deals not only with the public administration, its description and structure but also with the legislation and the structure of a municipality.
