Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá lustračními opatřeními v různých státech střední a východní Evropy, se zaměřením na Českou republiku, Německo, Polsko a Maďarsko, porovnává různé právní úpravy a zamýšlí se nad vlivem lustračních opatření na vývoj a demokracii jednotlivých států, včetně zhodnocení jejich kladů a záporů. This thesis deals with lustration measures in various countries of Central and Eastern Europe focusing on the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland and Hungary. It compares different legal regulations and contemplates the influence of lustration measures on national development and democracy, including an evaluation of its postitives and negatives.
