Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními tématy sociálního vyloučení a chudoby. Nejvíce ohroženou skupinou jsou matky samoživitelky, které se díky své nepříznivé sociální situaci ocitly v krizi. Bezpečné zázemí pro sebe a své děti našly v azylovém domě. Individuální plánování je jednou z metod, které by měli klientkám pomoci lépe zvládat jejich problémy s přihlédnutím k jejich potřebám. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with recent topics of social exclusion and poverty. The most vulnerable group are single mothers, who have found themselves in crisis due to their unfavourable situation. They find safe background for them and their children in the shelter. Individual planning is one of the methods which should help clients to better manage their problems, considering their needs.
