Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor oddlužení plněním splátkového kalendáře. Tato práce se zaměřuje na řešení úpadku pomocí oddlužení plněním splátkového kalendáře v rámci insolvenčního řízení. V první kapitole je popsáno insolvenční řízení obecně. Další kapitola popisuje způsoby řešení úpadku. The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to analysis the discharge of debts by the installment plan. The thesis solves the decline with the help of discharge of debts by the installment plan under insolvency proceedings. In the first part insolvency proceedings is described in general.
