Předmětem diplomové práce „Motivační systém ve vybraném podniku z hlediska věku pracovníků“ je analýza motivačního systému v prostředí konkrétního podniku. První část práce se zabývá demografickým vývojem v České republice a v Evropě. Druhá část navazuje představením konceptu age managemenentu.
