Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je vyhotověna na téma "Vznik a zánik obce". V práci je uveden popis obce, právní důvody vzniku a zániku obce, příklady vzniku a zániku obce, výhody a nevýhody vzniku a zániku obce. Dále porovnání právní úpravy v oblasti vzniku a zániku obce, nález Ústavního soudu ve věci vzniku nové obce a v poslední řadě úloha přípravného výboru při konání místního referedna.

Bachelor's thesis is drawn on the topic "Establishment and termination of the village."
