A view of parents and nursery teachers to two-year-old child in kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem a názorem rodičů dvouletých dětí, kteří je přihlásili do mateřské školy před dovršením tří let a pohledem učitelek, které s touto věkovou skupinou pracují, na přítomnost a vzdělávání dvouletých dětí v mateřské škole. Teoretická část popisuje historii vzdělávání dvouletých dětí v českých zemích až po současnost a náhled na instituce zajišťující péči o dvouleté děti v zahraničí. Práce také poukazuje na specifika práce s touto věkovou skupinou v mateřské škole. Dále obsahuje téma vývojových oblastí dvouletých dětí, upozorňuje na pozitiva a negativa docházky dětí mladších tří let do mateřské školy a jejich adaptaci. V praktické části pomocí metody rozhovorů a jejich kódování zkoumá pohled rodičů a učitelů na problematiku přijímání a docházky dvouletých dětí do mateřské školy.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the view and opinion of parents of two-year-old children who enrolled them in nursery school before the age of three and the view of teachers who work with this age group on the presence and education of two-year-old children in nursery school. The theoretical part describes the history of education of two-year-old children in Czech countries up to the present day and view of institutions providing care for two-year-old children abroad. It also points out the specifics of working with this age group in nursery school. Furthermore, the thesis includes the topic of the developmental areas of two-year-old children, highlighting the positives and negatives of the attendance and adaptation of children under the age of three. In the practical part, using the interview method and their coding, it examines the view of parents and teachers on the issue of admission and attendance of two-year-old children in nursery school.
