Legal Protection on Unfair Competition
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou proti nekalé soutěži v České republice a jejím cílem je poskytnout přehled právních prostředků ochrany, kterými se lze proti nekalé soutěži bránit. Zaměřuji se na historický vývoj právní úpravy nekalé soutěže a na soukromoprávní, veřejnoprávní a mimosoudní prostředky ochrany. Dále se věnuji evropské právní úpravě.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with protection against the unfair competition in the Czech Republic and aims to provide an overview of the legal means of protection possibly used against the unfair competition. It is focused on historical evolution of the law adjustment in the unfair competition and on private law, public law and extrajudicial means of protection.
