Creation of Law
Abstract:
Tato rigorózní práce na téma tvorba práva se zabývá vybranými otázkami tvorby práva (právo, právní norma, prameny práva) a některými sapekty tvorby práva (tvorba práva heteronomního, autonomního, tvorba práva psaného a nepsaného). Některé části výkladu jsou zaměřeny na tvorbu práva v České republice.
Abstract:
This doctorate paper, its topic being creation of law, is concerned with selected issued of law creating (law, legal norm, sources of law) and certain aspects of law creating (creation of heteronomous and autonomous law, creation of written and unwritten law). Some parts of the presentation are focused on creation of law in the Czech Republic.
