Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma komparace sportovních asociací v rámci Evropské Unie. Práce se zabývá právní úpravou, strukturou a řešení sporů v asociacích. Hlavní částí této práce je komparace stanov Fotbalové asociace České Republiky se stanovami Českého svazu ledního hokeje, Irskou fotbalovou asociací, Holandskou fotbalovou asociací a Slovenskou fotbalovou asociací.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the theme of the comparison of sport associations within European Union. It deals with relevant legislation, associations' structure and dispute settlement.
