Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním komerční nemovitosti z teoretického i praktického hlediska. První část je věnována teoretickým pojmům v oblasti oceňování nemovitostí. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou trhu nemovitostí. Ve třetí části je provedeno ocenění administrativní budovy na Praze 1 výnosovou metodou. The diploma thesis deals with the valuation of commercial real estate from a theoretical and practical perspective. The first part is devoted to theoretical concepts in property valuation.
