A new model of effective training of employees in sales positions of financial institutions

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zmapovat stávající situaci zaškolování nových zaměstnanců na prodejních pozicích vybrané bankovní instituce. Vyhodnotit efektivitu stávajícího modelu a navrhnout novou formu, která se bude opírat o zjištěné poznatky získané průzkumem. Autorka při realizaci praktické části této práce vychází ze svých vlastních profesních zkušeností s problematikou školení na pozici specialisty útvaru lidských zdrojů a zároveň čerpá z odborné literatury a publikací. Výsledkem této práce je návrh modelu vzdělávací aktivity, který v sobě zahrnuje zásadní didaktické principy vedoucí ke zvýšení účinnosti vycházející z podstaty problematiky vzdělávání dospělých a jejich motivace k získávání nových znalostí a dovedností. Tento model byl odzkoušen na vybraném vzorku cílové skupiny a finanční instituce, ve které průzkum probíhal, shledala tento model zajímavým a realizovatelným pro všechny typy interních školení.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to describe the current situation of training new employees in sales positions of selected banking institution. To evaluate the effectiveness of the existing model and to propose a new form, which will be based on findings from the survey. The practical part of this thesis is based on author´s own experience with the issue of training, where she functioned as a specialist of human resources department and it is also draws from literature and publications. The result of this thesis is to propose a better model of training activity, which includes main educational principles to improve the effectiveness fundamentals of adult education problems and their motivation to acquire new knowledge and skills. This model was tested on a sample of target groups and the financial institution, where the survey was conducted, found these conclusions interesting and viable for all types of internal training.
