Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hry a volného času u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část tvoří dvě kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickým východiskem poruch autistického spektra, popisem vybraných poruch, triádou postižení vč. specifických i nespecifických projevů tohoto postižení. Součástí dané kapitoly je také porovnání 10. Mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí s její připravovanou verzí, tedy s 11. revizí Mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na volný čas, jehož nedílnou součástí je také hra. Daná kapitola věnuje svou pozornost popisu a funkcím volného času, a tomu, jak autismus ovlivňuje volný čas. Dále se zaměřuje na popis raného vývoje hry a zabývá se vývojovou úrovní hry u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra ve spojitosti s tím, jak by se správně měly plánovat hry pro tyto děti. Třetí a zároveň poslední kapitola je praktická část s hlavním cílem analyzovat hru a volný čas v životě dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra v domácím prostředí. Praktická část byla vedena formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Pomocí metod zúčastněného pozorování, rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů byla vytvořena případová studie čtyřletého chlapce s dětským autismem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of play and leisure time of children with an autism spectrum disorder. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical basis of autism spectrum disorders, a description of the selected disorders, a triad of disabilities, inclusive of specific and non-specific manifestations of this disability. Part of the given chapter also consists of a comparison of the 10th International Classification of Diseases with its forthcoming version, i.e. with the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases. The second chapter focuses on leisure time, the integral part of which is also represented by play. The given chapter pays attention to the description and functions of leisure time, and how autism affects leisure time. Furthermore, it focuses on a description of the early development of play and deals with the developmental level of play in children with autism spectrum disorder in connection with how playtime should be carefully planned in respect of these children. The third and last chapter represents a practical part with the main objective of analysing the play and leisure time in a home environment in the life of a child with an autism spectrum disorder. The concept of the practical part is in the form of a qualitative research. Using participatory observation, interviews and document analysis methods, a case study of a four-year-old boy with childhood autism was created.
