The proposals for innovation of personel policy in savings and loan association
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza personálních činností ve stavební spořitelně, jejich popis a srovnání praktického řízení lidských zdrojů s řízením v teorii personalistiky, zejména získávání a výběr pracovníků, personální plánování, hodnocení, odměňování a školení nových i služebně starších obchodních zástupců.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is analysis of personnel activities in the building savings bank, their description and comparison of practical human resources with management in the theory of human resources management, especially staffing, personnel planning, evaluation, remuneration and training of new and senior business representatives.
