Management of student association activities

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo navrhnout vhodnou formu řízení aktivit studentského spolku SU PEF MENDELU. Literární rešerše je věnována vymezení fungování studentského spolku, dále klíčovým oblastem práce s dobrovolníky a dalších odlišností neziskové organizace. Analytická část charakterizuje studentský spolek SU PEF MENDELU a zjišťuje současný stav spolku. Tato část vychází z dotazníkového šetření určeného pro členy studentských spolků na MENDELU. Z této analýzy následně vychází doporučení, které mají sloužit jako vodítko pro činnost spolku v kontextu neustále se měnícího personálního obsazení spolku.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to design a suitable form of management and activities of the student association SU PEF MENDELU. Literary research is devoted to defining the functioning of the student association, as well as key areas of work with volunteers and other differences of the non-profit organization. The analytical part characterizes the student association SU PEF MENDELU and finds out the current state of the association. This part is based on a questionnaire survey de-signed for members of student associations at MENDELU. The analysis is based on this analysis, which should serve as a guide for the activities of the association in the context of the ever-changing staffing of the association.
