Corporate Culture at the Francis Palace Hotel

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje firemní kultuře v hotelu Francis Palace, který se nachází ve Františkových Lázních. Cílem práce je určit možné nedostatky, navrhnout jejich řešení, díky kterým by se zvýšila výkonnost zaměstnanců, a která by vedla k příjemnému pracovnímu prostředí. V teoretické části je firemní kultura objasněna z obecného hlediska. Tato část slouží k pochopení problematiky, která je dále v bakalářské práci řešena. V analytické části je aplikována teoretická znalost do praxe, díky čemuž je možné analyzovat aktuální firemní kulturu v podniku. Na základě analytické části jsou zjištěny nedostatky, na které se nachází návrhy na řešení v části poslední – návrhové.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to corporate culture at the Francis Palace Hotel, located in Františkovy Lázně. The aim of the work is to identify possible shortcomings, to propose solutions to improve the performance of employees and to create a pleasant working environment. In the theoretical part, the corporate culture is clarified from a general perspective. This section is used to understand the issues further addressed in the bachelor thesis. In the analytical part, theoretical knowledge is applied into practice, which makes it possible to analyze the current corporate culture in the hotel. Weaknesses are identified on the basis of the analytical part. The last part of the thesis sets out proposals to address the problems.
