Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat současný motivační a vzdělávací systém ve vybrané organizaci a návrh ke zlepšení. Práce byla provedena ve Státním zemědělském intervenčním fondu. V práci byla aplikovaná forma dotazníkového šetření. Analýza odhalila nedostatky v absenci benefitů. Zaměstnanci postrádali teambuilding a možnost práce z domova. Abstract:
The goal of this thesis was to analyze the current motivational and educational system in a selected company and a proposal for further educational opportunities. The work is characterized by the State Agricultural Interventional Fund. The form of questionnaires was applied in the thesis. The analysis revealed the deficiencies in the absence of benefits.
