Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je zistiť možné príčiny rozdielneho vývoja zamestnanosti v transformujúcich sa krajinách. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti. Prvá kapitola popisuje možné determinanty zamestnanosti a vzťah medzi ekonomickými veličinami a zamestnanosťou.
