Management of team referees
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá managementem týmu rozhodčích. Teoretická část stručně popisuje vznik fotbalu, vývoj pravidel a jejich souvislost s řízením hry. Praktická část se věnuje přípravě rozhodčích jako týmu, rozdělení kompetencí, komunikaci rozhodčích a možným krizovým situacím.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the management of team referees. The theoretical section briefly describes the origins of football, development of rules and their relation to the management of the game. The practical part deals with the preparation of referees as a team, distribution of responsibilities, communication referees and potential crisis situations.
