The Responsibilities of Entrepreneurial and Legal Entities in the Fire Protection Field
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou plnění úkolů v požární ochraně. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy, platnou legislativu a obecné přístupy k povinnostem v požární ochraně. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu stavu PO modelového subjektu, sestavení plánu PO s důrazem na povinnosti právnických, resp. fyzických osob.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is about issues arising when completing tasks during fire protecti-on.Theoretical part clarifies basic concepts, valid legislative and general approaches to duties in fire protection. Practical part is focused on the analysis of the state of fire pro-tection in subject model and creating fire protection plan with focus on responsibilities for legal or physical person.
