The Network of Care for Children at Risks from the Children in Councelling Care Perspective

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje pohledu klientů střediska výchovné péče na systém péče o ohrožené děti. Téma je reakcí na pedagogický problém, jehož jádro autor práce spatřuje v poruše chování a v postojích klientů vůči systému péče o ohrožené děti. Poruchu chování autor vymezuje jako bariéru v edukaci a seberalizaci dítěte, kterou zmíněný systém může pomoci odstranit. Povaha postojů klientů-dětí vůči sytému může ve svém důsledku negativně ovlivňovat jeho efektivitu, zejména co se včasnosti řešení problematické situace dítěte týče. Cílem předkládané práce bylo nahlédnout na tento systém právě z hlediska jeho klientů, resp. z hlediska jedné z jejich kategorií, a v obecné rovině identifikovat objevující se témata. K tomuto cíli se autor vydal cestou obecně zaměřeného kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož terénem bylo jedno ze středisek výchovné péče. Participanty výzkumu byli klienti pobytového oddělení školského zařízení pro preventivně výchovnou péči, které je označováno jako středisko výchovné péče. V tomto ohledu šlo tedy o děti s rozvíjející se nebo již rozvinutou poruchou chování.

Abstract:

The master’s thesis focuses on how children in counseling care see the system of care for children at risk. The educational problems here are behavioral disorders as well as attitudes of children towards the system of care for children at risk. The author defines behavioral disorder as a barrier in education and self-fulfillment of a child, which the system of care can help to correct. The attitude of the children towards the system can negatively influence its efficiency, especially concerning the timely solution of problematic situation a child is in. The aim of the thesis was an insight into the system from the perspective of its clients and identification of some topics emerging from the data. To this aim the author used a qualitative research. The field of the research was one of the counseling care centers, whose clients were the participants of the research. The participants were children with a developing or already developed behavioral disorder.
