Charges and their impact on management in the network of pharmacies IPC a.s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku regulačních poplatků ve zdravotnictví. Největší důraz klade na poplatky hrazené pacienty v lékárnách, což jsou tzv. regulační poplatky na receptu. V jednotlivých kapitolách je popsán jejich vznik a změny, přiblížen dopad změn regulačních poplatků na zisk lékáren, zjištěny ekonomické dopady zavedení regulačního poplatku za výdej položky na receptu pro lékárny, a v neposlední řadě znázorněn celkový finanční dopad regulačních poplatků v roce 2008 pro české zdravotnictví.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of regulatory fees in health care. The greatest emphasis is put on fees paid by patients in pharmacies, which are regulatory fees per prescription item. The individual chapters describes the formation and change, with focus on the impact of changes in regulatory fees for profit pharmacies, found the economic impact of regulatory fee for dispensing prescription items for pharmacies, and finally shows the total financial impact of regulatory fees in 2008 for the Czech healthcare.
