Diplomová práce analyzuje vztah doby sezení, fyzické aktivity, zaměstnání a pohlaví, vůči metabolickému syndromu. V úvodu práce je stručná charakteristika, poté následuje srovnání jednotlivých definic metabolického syndromu, jsou zde popsány jednotlivé rizikové faktory, které řadíme do souboru metabolického syndromu a dále jsou zde zmíněny následky metabolického syndromu. Abstract:
The thesis deals with analysis of metabolic syndrome in relation to sedentary time, physical activity, occupation and gender. The syndrome characteristics is briefed within an introduction part of the thesis while the detail risk factors causing metabolic syndrome together with comparison of individual definitions and causes are discussed further.
