Abstract:

SOKOLSKICH, Oxana. Podnikatelské svazy a organizace ve stravování a ubytování. [Diplomová práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2013. 78 stránek. Téma diplomové práce je Podnikatelské svazy a organizace ve stravování a ubytování. Téma je to velice aktuální, neboť cestovní ruch jako jeden ze sektorů služeb se často významně podílí na ekonomické kondici daného státu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je pojednáno o cestovním ruchu z obecného hlediska, dále pak o cestovním ruchu jako součásti ekonomiky státu. Nechybí zde ani specifika cestovního ruchu a podmínky pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Praktická část se zabývá organizacemi a svazy ve stravování a ubytování. Jsou zde popsány jak velké organizace mezinárodního charakteru, tak i ty malé, působící jen na území ČR. U všech těchto organizací je provedena charakteristika, jsou uvedeny cíle, které mají být naplněny a služby, které poskytují svým členům a nebo i široké veřejnosti. V závěru práce je celé téma shrnuto a zhodnoceno.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the business associations and organizations in the food and accommodation. The topic is very timely, since tourism as one of the service sectors, often significantly contributes to the economic condition of the state. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part focuses on tourism in general terms , as well as on tourism as part of the national economy. There are also specific terms of tourism and tourism development. The practical part deals with organizations and associations in restaurants and hotels. They are described as large organizations of an international character, and the small, active only in the Czech Republic. For all of these organizations is a characteristic, sets out the objectives to be met and the services they provide to their members or the general public. In the end , the whole topic summary and evaluation.
