Employer's Care of Working Conditions of Employees in the Educational Sector

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována specifické problematice školství. Práce je zaměřena na konkrétní organizaci a to na Střední odbornou školu a Střední odborné učiliště, Písek, Komenského 86, dále v práci budu používat pouze zkratku a to SOŠ a SOU. Cílem práce je analýza de lege lata platné právní úpravy pracovních podmínek zaměstnanců ve školství a její praktické zhodnocení a podání námětů na změnu tzv. návrhy de lege ferenda v organizaci SOŠ a SOU. Teoretická část práce je zpracována dle odborné literatury a zabývá se specifickou oblastí školství, pro kterou platí jednak právní normy obecně platné pro pracovněprávní vztahy a normy specifické řešící pouze oblast zaměstnaneckých vztahů ve školství. V praktické části práce je analyzována současná situace v organizaci SOŠ a SOŠ, je vytvořeno několik hypotéz, které na konci práce budou zpracovány. Výstup analýzy bude sloužit k vnitřnímu využití školy a budou navržena doporučení zlepšující pracovní podmínky zaměstnanců v konkrétní organizaci SOŠ a SOU.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is devoted to the specific problems of education. The work is focused on a specific organization and it's the Secondary and Vocational school in Písek, later in the work I will use only the abbreviation SOŠ and SOU, Písek, Komenského 86. The aim of the work is the analysis of de lege lata the valid legislation the working conditions of employees in the education and its practical assessment and submission of proposals to amend so-called the proposals de lege ferenda organization SOŠ a SOU. The theoretical part of the work is handled according to the literature, and deals with a specific area of education, for which it is valid the legal standards generally applicable to labour relations and the standards address only specific employee relations in the area of education. In the practical part of the work the current situation is analyzed in the organization of the SOŠ and SOU, is created by a number of hypotheses, which will be processed at the end of the work. The output of the analysis will be used for the internal use of the school and will be designed to improve the working conditions of the staff recommendations in a particular organization, SOŠ and SOU.
