Analysis of marketing Communication of the TV Show Tečka páteční noci

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl vytvořit analýzu marketingové komunikace pořadu Tečka páteční noci. V teoretické části práce zpracovává problematiku marketingu kultury, aplikuje poznatky na marketing hudebního průmyslu a popisuje vývoj médií až do součas-ného digitálního věku. Práce definuje Českou televizi jako veřejnoprávní médium a hledá její závazky a povinnosti, které je nutné znát pro správné pochopení přístupu ČT ke kultuře a komunikaci. Třetí kapitolu tvoří přehled hlavních specifikací a forem komunikace na sociálních médiích. Praktická část práce obsahuje dvě samostatné analýzy. První z nich zkoumá televizní i internetové diváky. Druhá analýza se pak zabývá pouze prostředím so-ciálních médií. Obě analýzy hledají souvislosti mezi kvalitou obsahu a interakcemi lidí. Poslední, projektová část práce pak stručně nastiňuje hlavní problémy a navrhuje opatření, která by celkovou úroveň komunikace pořadu mohla povýšit.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to create an analysis of a marketing communication of a television program Tečka páteční noci. The theoretical part of the thesis processes an issue of the marketing of culture, applies knowledge to the music industry marketing and describes the evolution of media up to the current digital age. The thesis defines Czech television as a public medium, it seeks its obligations and responsibilities, which are needed to be known for understanding the Czech TV approach to culture and communication. The third chapter consists of an overview of the specifications and forms of communication in social media. The practical part contains two separate analyzes. The first examines a television and In-ternet audience. The second analysis deals only with the social media environment. Both analyzes are looking for a connection between a quality content and an interactions of peo-ple. The last part, the project part, briefly outlines the main issues and proposes measures, which could improve the overall level of the program.
