Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit a blíže analyzoval problematiku rovných příležitostí a zjistit, jak se dá sladit soukromý a pracovní život, a hlavně čím jsou ženy v práci nejvíce motivované a kde naopak vidí nedostatky a bariéry v kariérním růstu. První kapitola se věnuje definici základních pojmů, pro vytvoření základu v orientování se v genderové oblasti a diskriminaci ve společnosti. Druhá kapitola popisuje základní mezinárodní dokumenty, zákony a směrnice a také instituce, které se zabývají problematikou rovných příležitostí. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na obecné postavení žen na trhu práce. Poslední - praktická část volně navazuje na předchozí teoretickou a popisuje celý průzkum. Pro praktickou část byla použita metoda dotazníkového průzkumu, v rámci jehož byly osloveny ženy a muži. Cílem vlastního průzkumu bylo získat osobní názory respondentů, na pocit diskriminace žen a kde vidí hlavní překážky.

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis is closer and closer analysis of the issue of equal opportunities and find out how you can reconcile private and professional life, and especially what women are most motivated to work, and where it sees deficiencies and barriers to career development. The first chapter deals with the definition of basic concepts form the basis for the orientation in the area of gender and discrimination in society. The second chapter describes the basic international documents, laws and regulations and institutions dealing with equal opportunities issues. The third chapter focuses on the general status of women in the labor market. Last - the practical part is a continuation of previous theoretical and describes the whole survey. For the practical part of the method it was used questionnaire survey, within which were addressed women and men. The aim of our research was to obtain personal views of respondents to a feeling of discrimination against women, and where he sees the main barriers.
