Event management in Škoda museum in Mladá Boleslav

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje eventům ve ŠKODA Muzeu v centru Mladé Boleslavi. Cílem práce je provést deskripci procesů eventů, organizační struktury útvaru GKM/5 a provést analýzu rizik pronájmu ploch a služeb ŠKODA Muzea. V teoreticko-metodologické části je popsáno místo a společnost, pod kterou se eventy konají. Management, marketing a eventy jsou popsány z obecného hlediska. V analytické části je deskripce procesů objednávání konferenčních prostor a služeb ŠKODA Muzea. Tyto procesy jsou znázorněny na dvou konkrétních příkladech. Dále jsou znázorněny statistické údaje a jejich porovnání a organizační struktura útvaru, který eventy připravuje, plánuje a realizuje. V analytické části nechybí ani analýza rizik procesů a rozhovor s koordinátorem útvaru. V poslední části se práce věnuje návrhům na základě získaných informací a spolupráce s útvarem GKM/5.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s dissertation is about events in ŠKODA Muzeum in the center of Mladá Boleslav. The goal is to perform description of events processes, organization structure of GKM/5 department and perform risk analysis of renting premises and services from ŠKODA Muzeum. In theoretical-methodological part is description of place and company where the events take place. Management, marketing and events are described from general point of view. In analytical part is description of ordering conference premises processes and ordering of ŠKODA Muzeum services processes. These processes are shown on two real cases. Further are processed statistical data and their comparison and organization structure of GKM/5 department, which prepares, plannes and realizes the events. The analytical part contains the risk analysis and interview with department coordinator. The last section is about proposals based on gathered information and cooperation with GKM/5 department.
