Level of coordination skills and the quality of posture at school age children in sports, with a focus on ice hockey

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce s názvem "Úroveň koordinačních schopností a kvalita postury sportujících dětí mladšího školního věku se zaměřením na lední hokej" je systematicky rozdělena do úvodu, pěti kapitol a závěru. První kapitola je věnována formulaci problému, který je v rámci práce zkoumán. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vymezení cílů, úkolů a stanovení hypotéz. Těžiště této diplomové práce spočívá v propojení teoretického a praktického hlediska, přičemž třetí kapitola je věnována hledisku teoretickému (vymezení mladšího školního věku, motoriky člověka, koordinačních schopností, ledního hokeje v mladším školním věku a individuálně optimálnímu držení těla), čtvrtá kapitola pak hledisku praktickému (charakteristika pohybové intervence, výzkumného soboru, výzkumná situace vstupní hodnocení, organizace výzkumu, průběh výzkumu, ukončení výzkumu výstupní hodnocení). Porovnání dat výzkumu popisuji v kapitole páté. Poslední kapitola je věnována diskuzi, ve které jsou kriticky hodnoceny skutečnosti jako příprava mimo led, průběh cvičebních jednotek nebo výsledky intervence. Do práce jsou včleněny názory odborné veřejnosti (zejména teoretická část práce), na které pak navazuje výzkumná část práce a vlastní hodnocení. Výsledkem práce je pak originální pohled na zkoumanou problematiku. Do práce jsou začleněny také ilustrační obrázky a grafy, které doplňují fakta výzkumu a zobrazují veškeré skutečnosti týkající se analýzy hlavního problému.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis titled "The level of coordination skills and the quality of posture of younger school children with a focus on ice hockey" is systematically divided into the introduction, five chapters and the conclusion. The first chapter is devoted to the formulation of the problem that is examined in the thesis. The second chapter focuses on defining objectives, tasks, and hypothesis. The focus of this diploma thesis lies in a theoretical and practical connection, while the third chapter is devoted to the theoretical aspect (definition of younger school age, human motor skills, coordination skills, ice hockey in the younger school age and individual optimal posture) characteristics of movement intervention, research group, research situation - initial evaluation, organization of research, course of research, termination of research - output evaluation). I compare the research data in chapter five. The last chapter is devoted to a discussion that critically assesses facts such as off-ice preparation, the course of exercise units, or the results of the intervention. The work of the expert public (especially the theoretical part of the thesis) is incorporated into the thesis, followed by the research part of the thesis and its own evaluation. The result of the work is an original view of the problem. The work includes illustrations and charts that complement the research facts and show all the facts about the main problem analysis.
