Individual child protection plan when assessing the child's state and family situation

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - z části teoretické a následně části aplikační. Bakalářská práce se věnuje vyhodnocení situace dítěte a jeho rodiny a individuálnímu plánu ochrany dítěte. Zmíněné vyhodnocení probíhá vždy, když je u dítěte shledán syndrom CAN, tedy v případě, že je dítě vyhodnoceno jako ohrožené. Dalším krokem sociálních pracovníků je vytvoření individuálního plánu ochrany dítěte. Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit individuální plán ochrany dítěte ve vyhodnocování situace dítěte a jeho rodiny. V aplikační části pro lepší představu realizace IPOD vytvořím individuální plán ochrany dítěte, který vychází z konkrétního případu z praxe a je zhotoven na základě analýzy vyhodnocení situace dítěte a jeho rodiny. Cílem aplikační části mé bakalářské práce je vytvořit individuální plán ochrany dítěte na základě analýzy vyhodnocení situace dítěte a jeho rodiny v rámci syndromu CAN.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and subsequently application part. The thesis deals with the evaluation of the child's and his family situation and the individual child protection plan. The mentioned evaluation always takes place when the syndrome CAN is found, which means when the child is evaluated as threatened. The next step of the social workers is the creation of the individual child protection plan. The objective of my bachelor thesis is to bring the individual child protection plan closer in the evaluation of the child's and his family situation. In the application part for the better notion of IPOD implementation, I am going to create the individual child protection plan which is based on a specific example from experience and is made on the basis of the evaluation analysis of the child's and his family situation. The objective of the application part of my bachelor thesis is to create the individual child protection plan on the basis of the evaluation analysis of the child's and his family situation within the syndrome CAN.
