Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá změnami firemní kultury v čase v různých oblastech, jako například změnami firemní kultury ve vztahu ke klientovi a k zaměstnancům. Na základě analýzy a posouzení vybraných poznatků v oblasti firemní kultury bylo cílem práce vyhodnotit změny ve firemní kultuře z hlediska času. The diploma thesis deals with changes of company culture in time and different areas, e.g. changes of company culture towards towards clients employees. Based on the analysis and appraisal of chosen findings in the area of company culture, the aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate changes of company culture in time.
