Diplomová práce se bude zabývat právem na informace, tak jak ho máme garantované Listinou a v České republice i zákonem o svobodném přístupu k informacím. Toto bude v dalších kapitolách doplněno subjekty, které jsou povinny poskytovat informace na základě Listiny a zákona. The diploma thesis will deal with the right for infromation, as is guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and in the Czech Republic by the Freedom of Information Act. This will be supplemented in subsequent chapters with entities that have an obligation to provide information based on the Charter and the law.
