Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vzniku rezistence na nukleosidová analoga u viru klíšťové encefalitidy. Zmíněný virus způsobuje závažné onemocnění mozku, které v extrémních případech zanechává doživotní následky v podobě paréz končetin nebo končí smrtí postiženého. In this thesis, we studied the issue of tick-borne encephalitis virus drug-resistance to nucleoside analogues. The mentioned virus causes a serious brain disease which can in extreme cases lead to lifelong sequelae or end with the death of the patient.
