V této bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na syndrom vyhoření a jeho projevy u těch sociálních pracovníků, kteří pracují s lidmi s drogovou závislostí. Sociální práce patří mezi tzv. pomáhající profese, které jsou syndromem vyhoření ohroženy. Práce s drogově závislými lidmi je náročná a pracovníci těchto profesí patří mezi silně ohroženou skupinu. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, I have focused on the burnout syndrome and its manifestations in social workers who deal with drug addicts. Social work is one of the so-called helping professions, which are often at risk of burnout.
