Diplomová práce analyzuje učivo o Rusku, USA a Číně ve vybraných učebnicích geografie pro střední školy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá učebnicemi jako edukačním médiem, výzkumem a teorií učebnic jako didaktickou subdisciplínou, metodou obsahové analýzy, geografií a jejím postavením v RVP. The thesis analyzes the curriculum about Russia, USA and China in selected textbooks of geography for HC/CS. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with textbooks as a educational medium, with research and theory of textbooks as a didactic subdiscipline, with method of content analysis, with geography and its position in RVP.
