Zámerom tejto práce je vytvorenie aplikácie, ktorá by dokázala vizualizovať obrazové dáta z mikroskopu spolu s výstupnými dátami z algoritmov na sledovanie buniek. Slúžila by ako užitočný nástroj účastníkom súťaže Cell Tracking Challenge.
