Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o výjimečném trestu odnětí svobody, o jeho současné právní úpravě a dále také o podmínkách jeho uložení. Následně se práce zabývá samotným výkonem výjimečného trestu odnětí svobody. Začátek diplomové práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení stěžejních pojmů, kterými jsou trest, teorie trestání, obecné zásady trestání, účel a funkce trestu. This thesis elaborates on exceptional sentence, on its current legislation and requirements for this sentence. Also, it covers the process of imprisonment.
