Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stres a syndrom vyhoření u pracovníků v oblasti vzdělávání, čili na pedagogy. V práci jsou popsány postupně jednotlivé oblasti. Nejdříve se práce věnuje stresu jako takovému, v podkapitolách naleznete vše důležité, jako jsou příznaky, fáze, příčiny atd.
