Diplomová práce se zabývá bipolární afektivní poruchou v rodině. Teoretickou část práce tvoří tři hlavní kapitoly, rozdělené do menších podkapitol. První kapitola se zabývá poruchami nálady obecně, jejich vznikem, vývojem, léčbou. Kapitola druhá je zaměřena na bipolární afektivní poruchu. Thesis is intersted in bipolar affective disorder in a family. Theoretical part of thesis is constituted by three main chapters,divided to smaller chapters. The first charter is intersted in mood disorders in general ? genesis, development, currency. The second charter is focused on bipolar affective disorder.
