Předmětem zkoumání diplomové práce je řízení o přestupcích, analýza vzájemných vztahů zákona č. 200/1990 Sb., o přestupcích a zákona č. 500/2004 Sb., správního řádu. Prvotní historický pohled bude základem pro zkoumání současného stavu právní úpravy správního trestání a analýzy základních právních pramenů. Thesis deals with the management of offenses and analyzing interrelationships Act no. 200/1990 Coll., on misdemeanors, and Act no. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Procedure Code.
