Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma strategické řízení a podnikatelský plán pro mateřskou školu Budoucnost. Diplomová práce se dělí na dvě části na teoretickou a praktickou. V Teoretické části autorka čtenáře seznámí s problematikou strategického řízení, konkrétně vizí a misí společnosti, strategickými cíli, formulací strategických cílů, tvorbou a hodnocením strategických cílů a úpravou a formulací alternativní strategie. Dále se čtenáři dozví i základy problematiky týkající se podnikatelského plánu a jeho náležitosti. Druhá neboli teoretická část této diplomové práce čtenáře seznámí nejprve s podnikatelským záměrem mateřské školy Budoucnost a nadále s nastavenými strategickými cíli. Součástí podnikatelského záměru mateřské školy Budoucnost je stanovení mise a vize, segmentace a analýza trhu včetně dotazníkového šetření, dále analýza konkurence, marketingová a obchodní strategie, finanční plán, jehož součástí je rozvaha a výkaz zisku a ztráty. V teoretické částí zabývající se strategické řízením se čtenář dozví podrobné informace o střednědobých strategických cílech společnosti a kroků pro jejich naplnění. Dále je zpracována analýza externího a interního prostředí podniku, které jsou nadále zpracovány pomocí matice EFE, IFE, jejich výsledky jsou prezentovány pomocí matice IE. Výsledky matice IE jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí matice QSPM. Na samotném konci diplomové práce jsou vyhodnocena rizika projektu a zhodnocení strategie a náměty na zlepšení pro budoucí podnikání.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is strategic management and a business plan of a kindergarten so called Budoucnost. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on problematics of strategic management, concerning a vision and mission of the company, strategic goals and its formulation, creation and evaluation of these goals as well as a modification and formulation of an alternative strategy. Furthermore, basics of problematics regarding the business plan and its requirements are provided. The practical part of the diploma thesis provides information about business plan of the kindergarten so called Budoucnost and its strategic goals set up to the future. The kindergarten´s business plan includes vision and mission determination, segmentation and market analysis including surveys, competition analysis, marketing and business strategy and a financial plan, consisted of balance sheet and income statement. The practical part related to strategic management provides detailed information about medium-term strategic goals and necessary steps to achieve them. Furthermore, there is an analysis of external and internal environment of the company, which has been elaborated using EFE and IFE Matrix and its results presented using IE Matrix. IE Matrix results have been evaluated with the use of QSPM Matrix. The very end of this diploma thesis is focused on project risks evaluation as well as strategy evaluation and ideas of a possible business improvement to the future.
