Přeměny – převod jmění na společníka fyzickou osobu Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na převod jmění a.s. na společníka fyzickou osobu, který není účetní jednotkou, a to z hlediska právního, účetního, daňového, a to především z pohledu daně z příjmu.

Transitions – the transfer of assests to a partner – a physical entity The bachelor assingment is about the transfer of corporate assets a to a partner – a physical entity who is an accounting and tax terms, and especially in respekt of income tax.
