Tématem této diplomové práce je "Řízení ve věci přestupků se zaměřením na zahájení řízení, průběh řízení a rozhodnutí o přestupku". Cílem této práce je popsat řízení o přestupku. Důraz je kladen na popis zahájení řízení, průběh řízení a rozhodnutí o přestupku. Tato práce se týká pouze řízení v 1. stupni.
