Solving covid-19 crisis situation in existing conditions of Czech republic healthcare

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje období pandemie covid-19 v rámci České republiky v oblasti zdravotnictví. Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na všeobecný pohled na problematiku období v době pandemie a informuje o krizovém řešení v rámci České republiky. Práce zahrnuje oblast nemocniční péče o infekční pacienty s použitím osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků a dodržováním protiepidemických nařízení. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vnímání zvládnutí pandemie covid-19 v rámci nemocnice. Je postavena na kvantitativním průzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření a následnou SWOT analýzou ze zjištěných výsledků. Analýza se týká zdravotnického zařízení u vybraných zaměstnanců nemocnice. Jedná se o vedoucí zaměstnance a skupinu ostatních zdravotníků, kteří nepracují na vedoucí pozici. Následná komparace výsledků obou skupin respondentů je výstupem bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis describes the period of the covid-19 pandemic in the Czech Republic in the field of healthcare. The bachelor's thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on a general view of the issues of the period during the pandemic and gives information about the crisis solution within the Czech Republic. The thesis includes the area of hospital care for infectious patients with the use of personal protective work equipment and compliance with anti-epidemic regulations. The practical part focuses on the perception of managing the covid-19 pandemic within the hospital. It is based on a quantitative survey using a questionnaire survey and a subsequent SWOT analysis of the results obtained. The analysis concerns the medical facility of selected hospital employees. These are senior employees and a group of other health professionals who do not work in a senior position. The subsequent comparison of the results of both groups of respondents is the output of the bachelor thesis.
